Fox Clarke Heritage – Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns policy is designed to be fair and transparent while reflecting the nature of both our ready-to-wear and bespoke jewellery offerings.

 

1. Returns on Standardised Jewellery

We gladly accept returns of unworn, undamaged, and non-personalised standardised jewellery (i.e., pieces from our ready-to-wear collection) within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Items must be unworn and in a resalable condition.

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item and return it within a further 14 days.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

2. Bespoke & Custom-Made Jewellery

All bespoke, personalised, or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable, in line with the bespoke exemption under UK consumer law.

These pieces are made to your specifications and/or personalised at your request, including:

  • Custom engagement rings

  • Made-to-order pieces with specific stones, sizes, or inscriptions

  • Alterations or designs developed specifically for you

  • Personalised gifts with engravings or inscriptions.

Before confirming a bespoke order, we provide detailed design proposals, pricing, and estimated time frames. Once approved and payment is taken, we begin production. Please review all details carefully before finalising your commission.

 

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with:

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence

  • Your order number

If the item is deemed faulty, we will offer a full refund or repair/replacement, as appropriate, in accordance with your statutory rights.

Please note: Natural variations in gemstones, minor surface marks from hand-finishing, or slight differences due to handcrafting are not considered faults.

 

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to change your standardised item, please return it as per the return process above and place a new order.

 

5. How to Initiate a Return

Please email info@foxclarkeheritage.com with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm the return process and address.

All returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.

 

6. Additional Information

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our conditions.

  • Returns received outside the return window may be refused or offered store credit at our discretion.

  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.
